Who was his playing partner and what are his numbers? To isolate a defenseman away from his partner must be hard statistically.

You can use RAPM on evolving wild. It will take into account everything from deployment, partners, opponent, minutes. We put the in /60 form it gives us a good visual for how a player is performing. Their base numbers on other sites are a good tool but also have to look at the context in which they come out. So Myers-Hughes have a super high corsi playing together. Yet people don’t look and see that they generally get put out near the end of games and Hughes also elevates the play of Myers.
